We offer robotically applied coatings with our lab proving our quality 2'nd to none! Gateway Restoration and Rebuild Rebuild Department is ready to take on your rebuilding requirements whether you need a reducer, gearbox, or transmission case rebuilt. Our certified specialists are ready to service your equipment. Gateway Design and Fabrication  Our design group can engineer and utilize our CNC machines to manufacture those hard to find components or custom solutions.

Products

Complete design and fabrication of turning centers that hold up to 20,000 lbs. 72” swing and 240” between centers. It has a PLC controlled head stock and a Motor driven tailstock.	We offer Plasma, HVOF, Powder Combustion and Wire Combustion Metallizing. All coatings are offered either robotically applied, bugo or by hand.
Our CNC programmers can make that obsolete part or design for the application.	We offer Mig, Tig, Arc welding, brazing and offer hardfacing and weld overlay.
